This rant is dedicated to Queen Gertrude, see Act III, Scene II. of "the tragedy of Hamlet (Prince of Denmark)" by Shakespeare.It is neither my intent nor my position to state whether this is right or wrong. However, what is the point of the university system if its benefits are going to be ignored, especially by those whom should be setting the "standards" for us!
